Our team is composed of

• Early Childhood Practitioners or Registered Early Childhood Educators (R.E.C.E) who have   ECE   Diploma and are registered with the College of ECE 

• Montessori Teachers who have Montessori Diplomas approved from MACTE
  (Montessori Association for Certified Teacher Education)
  Our Montessori teachers are members of the Canadian Association for Montessori Teachers (www.camt100.ca)

• Early Childhood Assistants who have a Certificate or equivalent and are usually trained in Basic Montessori Principles or have a Paraprofessional Certificate.

We encourage our staff for their ongoing learning process by offering in house trainings as well as out of school seminars and training workshops. We support our staff to be responsive to the children and parents and to observe and assess each child’s abilities and interest when planning their individual lessons. Independent and Self- Motivated activities are always encouraged by our teachers by providing positive but challenging classroom situations to children.
